In this role as a Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of bringing our product strategy to life. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, delivering user-centric solutions that align with business objectives. Your role will focus on turning ideas into tangible results—driving the product from concept to launch, and ensuring it meets user needs and business goals.

Thrive is the most clinically rigorous digital physical therapy solution in its class, combining Doctors of Physical Therapy with Phoenix, our AI Care Specialist, to provide personalized, real-time feedback that’s as effective as in-person care—all from the comfort of home.
What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to execute on product strategy and deliver on key business and product objectives.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying problems and prioritizing them, to driving new feature development and ensuring successful delivery.
Use a data-driven approach to analyze performance, derive actionable insights, and inform decisions that directly impact product outcomes.
Work closely with Design to run user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments, ensuring customer feedback shapes the product direction.
Establish, monitor, and continuously refine success metrics for your products, integrating user behavior data and feedback to optimize features and drive improvements.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on data, business goals, and user needs to ensure high-impact solutions are delivered efficiently.
Communicate product updates, priorities, and results to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams.

What you need to have:
3+ years of direct product management experience
Strong bias toward data-based decision-making
Natural ability to make stuff happen around you through influence. You handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in a detailed and organized way
Ability to build products that require coordination across various teams
Instinctive product instincts with an ability to balance user and business impact
Willingness to learn and keep developing yourself (growth mindset)
