Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking online content creators via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to platform features, account management, and payment processes.
  • Effectively resolve issues and provide solutions to enhance the user experience on the platform.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.
  • Educate clients on best practices to optimize their presence and engagement as content creators.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and product development.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the online or digital content sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to clients in an easily digestible manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
