THE POSITION:

Reporting to the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), we are looking for a new member to join our growing company to drive global go-to-market and growth campaigns, including strategy, messaging, positioning, new business, to elevate our brand presence, and to nurture and grow our strong customer loyalty base in existing and new markets.

  • Lead global go-to-market strategy and messaging for new and existing property and brand campaigns
  • Apply best practices for launches/releases, packaging, and positioning, both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement property marketing campaign strategies and pivots
  • Produce property, event, and brand promotional content and materials  encompassing public relations, print, digital, social and web 
  • Promote the product externally through campaigns, press releases, digital, webinars, etc

Requirements

  • BA/MA degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in product or services marketing at a Director or Manager level, with successful track record of planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns for products or services
  • Technically savvy, with proficiency  in Salesforce, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace 
  • Experience in developing sales and marketing presentations and collateral
  • Experience working in public relations and drafting press releases
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to execute cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Ability to remain composed, prioritize responsibilities/requests, complete projects on time and within budget
  • Solution-motivated/motivating
  • Must be quality conscious, detail-oriented, and organized

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience managing programs and/or teams
  • Driven, self-starter, confident communicator with dynamic leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to spot unique marketing opportunities and act on them, leveraging data to make decisions
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with solid followup skills and a passion for hitting goals while maintaining consistency and company integrity
  • Solutions-oriented with a can-do, positive attitude; sees challenges as opportunities; “figure-it-out” mentality
  • Acute ability to organize, manage, and prioritize responsibilities and requests
  • Experience with a wide-range of multi-marketing channels and skills, including, but not limited to: Public Relations; SEO; digital/new media; advertising; print; copywriting; design/art direction; social media; direct mail
  • Strong relationship, management, and leadership skills, inspiring team creativity

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead/oversee global marketing strategy
  • Lead generation optimization for increased brand awareness and channel performance
  • Develop and manage current and new marketing strategies that align with business goals to drive, deliver, and/or increase new customer acquisition, retention, and conversion; product awareness; and engagement with a strong ROI
  • Leverage client, consumer, and industry insights and data
  • Work within budgets and deadlines
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaigns
  • Consistently brainstorm new ideas and approaches; Maintain a keen pulse on industry news, trends, and organizations and make appropriate strategy and recommendations; Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze platform, channels, and campaigns using relevant KPIs, communicating activity and results on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports for the COO
  • Manage related vendor partnership(s), facilitating all projects, deliverables, and key timelines
