Product Marketing Manager/Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Martech (US or Canada)

Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager or Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead our martech go-to-market initiatives, a new and pivotal role within StackAdapt’s marketing team. You’ll be at the forefront of defining and executing strategies that drive adoption, retention, and awareness, cementing StackAdapt as a leader in the integrated programmatic and martech space.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position and encourage those from all backgrounds to apply. 


What you'll be doing:
  • Strategic GTM Leadership: Develop and drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our new martech products, including email, cross-channel messaging and customer data capabilities.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Create compelling product narratives and positioning that communicate the unique value of StackAdapt’s solutions.
  • Market & Competitive Insight: Lead market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint opportunities and refine StackAdapt’s position within the industry.
  • Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify pain points, challenges, and areas for improvement in both products and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Collateral: Write and deliver high-impact sales tools, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales plays, to empower sales teams and support client engagements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, demand gen, and content teams to drive alignment on product marketing initiatives and overarching business goals.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Monitor product performance and marketing efforts through KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve go-to-market effectiveness.

  • What you'll bring to the table:
  • 3-5 years for PMM, 5+ Years for Sr. PMM in Product Marketing: Specialized in martech with experience in adtech.
  • Martech Ecosystem Expertise: In-depth understanding of the martech ecosystem, including email, SMS, cross-channel messaging, CDP data intelligence, reporting and analytics, and industry trends.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive approach, excited about shaping StackAdapt's strategy and driving measurable impact.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to influence strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, advertising technologies, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, able to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Sales Enablement: Experience creating and delivering effective sales enablement materials that drive product understanding and adoption across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC.
