For one of our clients, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative DACH, remotely from Germany.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging new business opportunities in the fitness and health studio sector. Your focus will be on generating interest in the company's innovative software, primarily through targeted outreach and communication with prospective customers. You will be responsible for qualifying leads and scheduling demos to help drive the growth of the business in the DACH region. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in sales with ample potential for growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads within the fitness and health studio market.
  • Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to generate interest in the software.
  • Plan and manage your day to contact and engage approximately 50 leads daily.
  • Set up product demos and follow up to move leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Track and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvements in the sales process.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales or customer support.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English, both written and spoken.
  • A commercial and results-driven personality with a passion for sales.
  • Excellent people skills and an affinity for selling.
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for fitness, health, and technology is a plus.
