For one of our clients, we are looking for a Product Owner, remotely from the United States.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Software Engineering team to oversee the agile development release cycle and ensure high-quality, timely product releases. You'll manage the roadmap-level projects, investigate customer issues, and drive the success of early customer implementations. By working cross-functionally, you will help to ensure internal and external readiness for these releases. You’ll also engage directly with customers to support product planning, gather requirements, and help with troubleshooting to provide a seamless product experience.

Accountabilities:

  • Gather and prioritize business requirements from internal and external customers to guide product development.
  • Support the creation of user stories and manage grooming sessions for upcoming development work.
  • Oversee and coordinate the agile development process to ensure smooth execution from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product rollouts and customer communications.
  • Coordinate release timing and manage activities like UAT, alpha, and beta testing.
  • Assist with demos, training, and marketing efforts, contributing to product success post-launch.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
  • Familiarity with Agile Development processes and tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence solutions such as MicroStrategy is a plus.
  • Background in B2B commercial software is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with development and QA teams.
