As a Consultant – Data Scientist, you will work on multiple short-term engagements with startups and small organizations across the globe, helping them harness the power of data. This is a full-time, flexible opportunity where you will be compensated based on the engagements you undertake. You will have the chance to contribute to diverse projects, from developing machine learning models for early-stage tech ventures to creating data-driven strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Collaborate with startup teams to identify, analyze, and solve real-world challenges using data science and machine learning techniques.
• Model Development: Design, implement, and deploy predictive models, recommendation engines, and other advanced analytics solutions.
• Cross-Industry Impact: Work on projects spanning industries like fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and artificial intelligence.
• Data Wrangling & Analysis: Extract, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data to derive meaningful insights.
• Visualization & Storytelling: Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives.
• Adaptability & Learning: Quickly adapt to new business domains and project requirements, bringing fresh perspectives to each engagement.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work with diverse international teams, providing strategic data insights and fostering data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis, machine learning, and model deployment.
• Strong foundation in statistics, predictive modeling, and data manipulation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost.
• Ability to process, analyze, and visualize data using tools like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Power BI/Tableau.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for model deployment and scaling solutions.
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a growth mindset to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
