EveryWatch is a forward-thinking technology company, positioned in the field of luxury watches.

The company provides data insights regarding mulitple facets of the watch market, for the benafit of watch enthusiasts, collectors, retailors and major watch brands. We are looking for a creative and organised Product thinker with Project Management experience to join our team.

Position Overview:

This role is an integral part or the Product Management team, responsible for assisting in the product and feature ideation process, product management execution, and project coordination. This is a collaborative role that will interact with various teams, from engineering, data and marketing through to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

 User Insights & Data-Driven Features: Identify opportunities to integrate data-driven features to enhance the user experience.

 Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive the product roadmap execution in line with business goals and quarterly plans.

 Understanding User Insights to Build Data-Driven Features: Identify opportunities to integrate data-driven features to enhance the user experience.

 Agile & Scrum Execution: Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Scrum activities to ensure smooth, well organized and iterative development schedules.

 Product Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Use tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics and A/B testing to track feature performance and optimize product strategies.

 Wireframing & UX Enhancements: Illustrate wireframes and collaborate with UX/UI designers to create mockups and prototypes.

 Competitive Analysis & Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

 Stakeholder Communication: Present updates, insights, and recommendations to the leadership team and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing & Communications, or a related area of study.

 1 - 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role preferably within an e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-driven platform company.

 Familiarity with mobile product management and design is a strong plus.

 Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies, and backlog management in Jira.

 Experience in wireframing and working with product design tools.

 Strong analytical skills with experience and general level of proficiency working with

data.

 Experience working with UX/UI designers and engineering teams.

 Experience with A/B testing, user research, product analytics, and customer segmentation.

 A keen eye for detail and quality.

 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Experience in a startup or the venture capital space is a plus.

 Excellent level of spoken and written English is a must.

 Passion for luxury watches and the broader collector ecosystem is a plus.
