We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented VMS Admin (Account Coordinator) to support our recruitment team in managing a high volume of job orders and data entry within ATS and VMS systems. This role requires prior experience in healthcare recruitment, ensuring a seamless transition of job-related data for recruiters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume data entry for ATS and VMS platforms.
- Transition job orders from third-party platforms to our ATS.
- Process placement cards and follow up on approvals within the portal.
- Troubleshoot coding requirements in ATS and ensure correct workflow management.
- Work closely with the sales team and leadership to manage job order workflow.
- Ensure effective and clear communication with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (MUST HAVE).
- Proficiency in ATS and VMS systems.
- Advanced English level (B2+); Spanish is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of handling high-volume tasks.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree level may allow for negotiation of required experience.
