We are now looking for a driven and goal-oriented Account Manager to help grow the business in the Finnish market. Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding MK Illumination in Finland. Your role will include both operational sales and strategic market analysis. Your tasks will include:

  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Building, maintaining, and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Preparing projects and creating tailored proposals.
  • Leading and coordinating collaborative projects.
  • Ensuring sales targets are met through a proactive and results-driven strategy.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with strong business sense and a passion for relationship-driven sales. To succeed in this role, you should be:

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within technical or visual solutions.
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and project-based sales.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work with digital systems.
  • Willingness to travel for work.

It is meritorious if you have

  • Experience working with shopping centers or the public sector.
  • Background in lighting, electrical installations, or related industries.
  • Experience in international companies and global sales.

Additional Information:

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a one-year sales training program with Mikael Arndt, including 25 certified courses in sales and weekly live lectures. Additionally, you will have the chance to attend Sweden’s largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a two-day on-site sales training in Stockholm to further develop your skills as a salesperson. Please note that the training is conducted in Swedish.
