We are looking for a creative, driven, and strategic Product Marketer to own and drive our go-to-market strategy. You will play a critical role in positioning our product within the Industry 4.0 market landscape, crafting compelling messaging, and driving adoption through targeted campaigns. As an early member of the marketing team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the direction of our product and business growth:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including product launches, feature rollouts, and market positioning. 
  • Messaging & Positioning: Collaborate with the product and sales teams to craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that speaks to our target market—manufacturing professionals. 
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer pain points, needs, and trends. Use these insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives. 
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, website copy, email campaigns, and webinars that highlight product benefits and use cases. 
  • Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with the tools, training, and collateral they need to effectively sell the product, including product one-pagers, battlecards, and presentations. 
  • Demand Generation: Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition, focusing on specific personas in the manufacturing sector. 
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track key performance metrics and use data to refine product messaging, marketing strategies, and campaign effectiveness. 
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to stay ahead in the market. 

Requirements

The candidate should have: 

  • BA/BS required (preferred in Engineering or Marketing) 
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, preferably with experience in manufacturing, data visualization, or analytics tools. 
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies for software platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and the ability to speak the language of our target audience (e.g., plant managers, engineers, production teams). 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling product messaging and content. 
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for measuring and optimizing marketing performance. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats when needed. 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take ownership and adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing startup.

Nice-to-haves: 

  • Experience with SaaS products related to data analytics, BI, or manufacturing operations. 
  • Knowledge of the product development lifecycle in early-stage tech companies. 
  • Hands-on experience with content marketing and building a brand presence in niche B2B markets.
