Job Summary
The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing the day-to-day business of our client’s Patient Engagement Program, serving as the primary point of contact for the client. This role ensures seamless program execution by managing key activities, including setting up internal and external meetings for assigned brands, conducting status meetings and overseeing internal project workflows. management and participation of Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) processes as needed, financial reconciliation, partner agency coordination, project-level reporting. The Account Manager will also be support the Senior Account Manager (SAM) and Patient Relationship Management (PRM) team as needed.
