We’re looking for a hungry, hard-working, and driven Digital Marketing Strategist/ Junior Growth Strategist to join our team. This is a pivotal role focused on forecasting, strategizing, and executing precise plans to help our clients achieve their business goals. You will be at the core of our mission to provide data-driven strategies for media acquisition, blending creativity with data to build powerful campaigns that move the needle.

As a Junior Growth Strategist, you will engage closely with clients, helping them navigate complex marketing landscapes with transparent communication, timely reporting, and unwavering dedication to execution. You’ll be a key player in our team, helping to ensure that the campaigns are delivered on time, exceed expectations, and always align with our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute growth forecasts for clients, helping them meet and exceed their business goals.
  • Develop strategic growth maps and roadmaps using our proprietary systems.
  • Analyze client data to generate insights and optimize performance in line with marketing calendars and client goals.
  • Ensure proactive, continuous alignment with clients on performance and strategic adjustments.
  • Adjust strategies and tactics daily based on performance data to meet KPIs.
  • Implement and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on media acquisition and performance marketing.
  • Follow best practices for Meta campaigns, ensuring optimization and improvements to maximize results.
  • Monitor and manage active campaigns, adjusting budgets, targeting, and creative to ensure objectives are met.
  • Execute A/B tests, creative tests, and other optimization strategies to continuously beat best-performing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist on client strategies.
  • Maintain clear, transparent communication with clients regarding campaign performance and adjustments.
  • Actively participate in strategy meetings, contributing fresh ideas and strategic insights across client accounts.
  • Lead the charge in situations where obstacles arise, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution.
  • Analyze and integrate client data into actionable insights to drive strategy.
  • Provide detailed, accurate reports to clients on daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
  • Ensure daily execution and actualization of growth projections, keeping deviations within a 5% delta.
  • Act as a resource for data integrity, maintaining clean and accurate records in internal tools.
  • Ensure above-benchmark client satisfaction by aligning deliverables to forecasted results.
  • Uphold our standard of excellence in all client communications, project execution, and results delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to manage expectations and deliver high-quality work on time, every time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, data science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or a similar role (internship experience considered).
  • A strong passion for growth marketing and media acquisition.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, or similar.
  • Strong willingness to learn, with an ability to quickly absorb complex systems and strategies.
  • Be prepared for rigorous training, focused on mastering our core systems and methodologies.
  • Ability to take feedback quickly and implement it into your work.
  • Experience with growth forecasting, data analysis, and media acquisition tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, especially in media buying, growth forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, performance marketing, and budget optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a creative, analytical approach to overcoming obstacles.
