For one of our clients, we are looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales - AMER, remotely from United States.

In this role, you will lead and drive the sales strategy for the AMER region, overseeing a high-performing team of enterprise account executives. Your focus will be on coaching and mentoring your team to exceed revenue targets while applying a proven sales methodology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and successful deal negotiations. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration to accelerate business growth and meet ambitious goals.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage a team of enterprise account executives, ensuring consistent performance and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Mentor and guide sales teams through complex negotiations, pipeline development, and sales forecasting.
  • Drive pipeline growth and maintain an accurate forecast, aligning with regional business goals and sales processes.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Sponsor key deals and navigate complex enterprise sales processes to close high-value agreements.
  • Uphold company values, motivating teams to perform their best and maintaining a strong sales culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-growth B2B software companies.
  • Proven track record of success in selling to complex enterprise environments across various industries.
  • Experience in negotiating large-scale enterprise SaaS deals, managing intricate terms, conditions, and pricing challenges.
  • Expertise in recruiting, hiring, and developing top-tier sales talent for high-performance teams.
  • Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey the business value of complex technologies.
  • Experience in leading teams to consistently exceed sales quotas in both individual contributor and leadership roles.
  • A passion for mentoring and scaling sales teams while collaborating across functions.
