Job Description

We're looking for a process-focused Partner Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll be responsible for optimising and scaling the operational frameworks that support our partner relationships. You'll collaborate closely with the partnerships team to ensure smooth, efficient, and data-driven processes.

Are you a champion Partner Operations Manager? Help us boost the SEON rocketship as we assemble our super team of fraud-fighting heroes. 🚀

What you’ll do:

Partner Process Optimization

  • Design and maintain robust partner operations processes, ensuring they scale as the partner ecosystem grows.
  • Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and implement solutions that streamline collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

AWS

  • Oversee and refine operational processes for AWS private offers, including pricing setup, contract approvals, and subscription management.
  • Continuously evaluate workflows to optimize the handoff and collaboration between Sales, Finance, Legal, and AWS.

Deal Registration & Pipeline Visibility

  • Manage the operational aspects of deal registration for partners to ensure consistent pipeline tracking and accurate attribution.
  • Work with the Partnerships and Sales teams to refine registration criteria and improve the partner experience.

Billing & Financial Workflows

  • Implement and enhance billing processes for partner deals, ensuring accurate invoicing, discounts, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with Finance to reconcile transactions, monitor payment statuses, and address billing discrepancies.

Systems & Tools Management

  • Configure and optimize CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and partner management platforms to accurately track partner performance and revenue.
  • Drive system enhancements and integrations that improve data flow, reporting accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.

Collaboration with Partnerships

  • Work closely with the Partnerships team to ensure that the processes supporting partner initiatives are clearly defined, documented, and scalable.
  • Provide operational guidance, but not day-to-day partner management, fostering alignment and mutual success across teams.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop dashboards and reporting structures to illuminate key partner metrics—including private offer utilization, deal registration volume, and billing performance.
  • Use data to uncover trends, identify areas for process improvement, and inform strategic decisions around partner operations.

What you bring:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role; exposure to AWS Marketplace/private offers is a plus.
  • Process Design and Implementation: Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize operational processes that scale with organizational growth.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated skills in managing projects from planning to execution. This includes setting clear timelines, coordinating resources, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), partner management platforms, and basic financial/billing tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting data to diagnose process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborative Approach: Skilled at working cross-functionally, particularly with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Partnerships teams, to drive operational excellence.
  • Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple processes simultaneously and maintain accuracy across various systems and documentation.

What we offer:

  • Employee stock ownership plan (ESOP)
  • Flexible hours
  • Generous Holiday allowance
  • Access to significant opportunities for learning and development
  • Private health insurance including dependants (inc. employee assistance & mental health support)
  • Complimentary weekly language courses
  • Enhanced Parental leave
  • Monthly company breakfast and weekly Lunch allowance
  • Annual Tech Budget
