Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary support contact for French-speaking customers, handling their inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic device issues, delivering clear and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product functionalities, features, and best practices for optimal use.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about product changes and industry developments to provide the best possible support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in electronics support, technical support, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Experience with troubleshooting processes and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to independently manage tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
