For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager, remotely from United States.

In this role, you will be the primary technical contact for a group of strategic clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding client business goals, recommending tailored technical solutions, and ensuring that they get the most value out of the product suite. This is a highly collaborative position, requiring you to work across teams, advocating for your clients and helping to resolve complex technical challenges. You will guide clients through the implementation and optimization of solutions, all while fostering long-term relationships that drive success. Your technical expertise, communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities will ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.

Accountabilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to help clients optimize the use of products and achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, client success, and support, to resolve technical issues and deliver robust solutions.
  • Establish trusted advisor status with both technical and business decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Mentor and support colleagues on the Technical Success team, contributing to their professional development.
  • Continuously advocate for client needs and influence internal product roadmaps and strategies based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a customer-facing, consultative role, and a Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: Java, Scala, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies, Kubernetes, data structures, algorithms, and enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and lead cross-functional efforts.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to a broad audience.
  • Familiarity with search technologies, databases, and SQL is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work independently.
