For one of our clients, we are looking for an Account Manager, remotely from United States.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for key strategic clients, developing and executing tailored strategies to ensure maximum satisfaction, retention, and growth. You’ll oversee campaigns from onboarding to billing, optimizing performance along the way, and collaborating with various internal teams to drive success. The role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising. Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring smooth processes from onboarding to billing.
  • Track campaign performance, measure success, and implement optimizations to achieve client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Ad Operations, to ensure accurate ad delivery and trafficking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving renewals and identifying opportunities for budget growth.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights, translating data into actionable strategies for clients.
  • Oversee billing processes and track revenue, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or media planning.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in media or ad tech companies in client services or account management roles.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing timelines, asset production, and process optimization.
  • Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in programmatic media, ad trafficking, and using measurement tools is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones (UK & Tel Aviv).
