Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality IT support to French-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of technical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system.
• Guide users on software functionalities and troubleshooting steps to optimize their experience.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues that require advanced resolution.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and the latest technology trends to improve service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
• A valid EU passport
• Experience in IT support, technical assistance, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with IT troubleshooting methodologies and support tools is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively while working remotely in a dynamic environment.
