For one of our clients, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager - Radiology | Medical Imaging, remotely from India.

As a Customer Success Manager in the Radiology and Medical Imaging sector, your primary focus will be driving customer satisfaction and ensuring that clients get the most out of the innovative medical imaging solutions. You will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver outstanding onboarding experiences, post-sales support, and continuous engagement. Your role will involve fostering strong customer relationships, understanding their workflows, and driving the adoption of AI-powered products that help clinicians diagnose medical images. This position also provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and impact of medical imaging solutions across India.

Accountabilities:

• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring clients fully realize the value of the company's medical imaging products.
• Lead onboarding and training for new customers, ensuring effective use of the solutions.
• Design and deliver change management initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
• Develop success plans post-sale, ensuring customers meet their business goals and maximize the product’s value.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and collaborate with sales and marketing to develop case studies highlighting product benefits.
• Work closely with the Product team to gather customer feedback and provide insights for product improvements.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand product adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Clinical Applications, Customer Success, or Sales in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, especially in radiology and medical imaging.
• Proficiency with medical imaging IT systems such as PACS/RIS, and knowledge of DICOM/HL7 standards.
• Experience with survey tools, data analysis, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within India for client meetings and engagements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product, and marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Medical Imaging, Biomedicine, Healthcare IT, or equivalent).
