Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and market dynamics in North/Central/South America.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
