Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting issues.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure comprehensive support and resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
