For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, remotely from Canada.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving scalable growth through data-driven experimentation, managing paid media campaigns, and expanding the company's presence in the U.S. market. You will collaborate closely with leadership to develop marketing strategies and track the effectiveness of both digital and offline channels. Additionally, you’ll oversee external vendors and freelancers while refining lead scoring models and account-based marketing tactics to support growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments with rapid feedback loops to scale marketing efforts.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring efficient budget allocation and performance.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the U.S. market, ensuring messaging and tactics align with local audience needs.
  • Bridge marketing attribution gaps across both digital and offline channels, including out-of-home advertising and community building.
  • Develop lead scoring models and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to support outbound sales initiatives.
  • Manage referral and affiliate programs to drive additional customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and sales team to align marketing strategies with overall revenue goals.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in running growth experiments and iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Extensive experience managing paid media campaigns with direct ownership of budgets and performance.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution and the ability to track performance across diverse channels.
  • Experience marketing to the U.S. market is essential.
  • Knowledge of lead scoring, ABM, and supporting outbound sales efforts.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, collaborating with senior leadership.
