Primary Goal: The Jr. Project Manager oversees the successful completion of projects ensuring timeliness and accuracy of client deliverables. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Services, the Jr. Project Manager will manage new client implementations of Language interpretation services and any acquisitions for GLOBO. This critical role is accountable for the overall success of any assigned project and helps cultivate future opportunities by maintaining a high level of quality and customer loyalty. This role works very closely with the all GLOBO divisions and the GLOBO leadership team to successfully drive integration, drive ISO Compliance Audits implementation activities. This position will interact heavily with the GLOBO finance department, the Customer Success and Sales teams as well as with the operational team while demonstrating and adhering to GLOBO’s cultural values in all activities. The Jr. Project Manager will be measured on standard project metrics such as adherence to budget, delivering to the timeline, customer NPS, and process efficiencies.
