About the Role
The Salesforce Project Manager will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce as the primary tool to capture, manage, access and share data across TAAF to obtain a holistic view of stakeholder, partner, and donor profiles, activities, campaigns, opportunity pipelines, and digital behavior and engagement. As TAAF prepares for a comprehensive capital campaign, the Salesforce Project Manager will provide support for the individual and institutional giving teams with accurate and up-to-date information on donors and prospects.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in designing and executing full-cycle Salesforce platform implementation through collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and incorporate them into the Salesforce platform. The candidate will also have success leveraging Salesforce for nonprofit organizations and fundraising teams. They will bring at least ten years of experience in complex project management, specifically in Salesforce, with a track record of successfully planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, developing reports, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle to timely and on-forecast completion of critical organizational projects.
