Project Manager for E-commerce Web Development Agency (US-based/Remote)

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be able to work within the EST time zone to align with team schedules and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Keep the team organized and on track: Ensure tasks are clearly defined, deadlines are met, and team members have the resources they need to succeed.
    • Provide project updates to clients: Communicate progress, timelines, and any changes effectively via email, Slack, or other communication tools.
    • Maintain the project management board: Keep tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira updated with accurate task statuses, deadlines, and priorities.
    • Check in with the development team: Regularly touch base with developers to monitor progress, address roadblocks, and ensure alignment with project goals.
