Channel Marketing Manager

Job Description

The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives that increase market share and product sales within the Jacuzzi dealer network.   Reporting to the Group Channel Manager, with a dotted line to the Sr. Digital Marketing and Content Manager, this role will focus on creating and implementing marketing projects, in-home sales tools, and dealer marketing content to support sales growth. The position is accountable for dealer performance relative to revenue and marketing spend efficacy, ensuring that dealers are equipped with the latest marketing strategies and sales tools.

This role will be instrumental in developing "best in industry" marketing materials and sales tools by researching competitors, gaining insights from adjacent industries, and staying current on new market trends. They will lead projects to enhance local lead generation within dealers' advertising mixes, ultimately driving product sales. This role demands a proactive approach to fostering brand loyalty and growing sales in the home improvement bath remodel sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing and sales tools to dealers, ensuring they have everything needed to generate leads and support in-home sales.
  • Analyze demographic data to provide actionable marketing insights and recommendations.
  • Organize and lead meetings with dealers to introduce and discuss new marketing options and strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve non-digital sales kits to enhance dealer effectiveness.
  • Support new product development by creating communication materials that drive product sales to engage dealers and customers.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of newsletters to dealers, ensuring 4-5 newsletters are sent per month.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure marketing materials meet brand standards and are distributed on time.
  • Organize and lead webinars to educate dealers on local marketing tactics, advertising strategies, and new product launches.
  • Lead marketing advisory meetings with dealers to gather insights and understand best-in-class tools used by top dealers.
  • Oversee constant improvement of sales sample kits, banners, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Manage the selection of apparel and marketing materials for the brand store.
  • Track project costs against the allocated marketing budget to ensure cost-effective marketing execution.
  • Collaborate on the Dealer Resource Center and digital content management website with the applications manager to improve dealer access to resources.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or 5 years of equivalent marketing experience in home improvement or a related industry.
  • Understanding of the bath or home remodeling industry is a plus.
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and solutions to enhance sales and dealer engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating and distributing newsletters and email communications.
  • Experience working with a variety of vendors to develop and distribute marketing materials.
  • Ability to effectively lead engaging webinars and training sessions for dealers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies.
  • Skilled at tracking project costs, managing deadlines, and allocating resources to stay within budget.
  • Experience supporting product development and branding efforts with creative input.
  • A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to create excitement and drive engagement around products and marketing efforts.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to ask questions and get creative when faced with challenges.

 

Compensation is based on experience; $88,000+ and annual bonus potential.
