We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Services Sales Administrator to support our services sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure seamless services sales operations. This includes SFDC and Excel Reporting on services sales relevant set of data. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Good knowledge of the Extreme Services portfolio
  • Reporting and analysis of CRM database related to all Services Sales activities in EMEA Region
  • Quoting and tracking of Renewal Opportunities
  • Sales Support activities which can include data entry and data cleansing activities
  • Proactive Service information to Partners and Customers
  • Tracking of Services Sales Initiatives and guiding team members through the data sets
  • Maintenance of the CRM tool related to Service contract renewals, Service new attach information, Premier initiative, Installed base initiative


  • Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Comfortable using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and preferably experience with SFDC Reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
