In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers regarding e-cigarette products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding e-cigarette products.
• Assist customers with queries concerning product features, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and support in improving service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest e-cigarette trends and product updates to deliver informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are an asset.
• EU passport is required.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the e-cigarette or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
• A genuine interest in e-cigarette products and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Willingness to relocate if not currently living in Greece.
