Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about transportation services, bookings, and travel-related issues.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and address any operational concerns.
• Stay informed about transportation services and related industry trends to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• EU passport is required.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the transportation or travel sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office applications.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate if not currently living in Greece.
