Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to different client sites across Europe on short notice to fulfill service needs.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience in crisis management or dynamic work environments is highly desirable.
