Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in both German and English, addressing inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Be available to travel extensively across Europe on short notice to support client needs.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German with strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or relevant fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong willingness to travel frequently throughout Europe.
  • Robust analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
