Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service in German and English, handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Travel on short notice to various client sites across Europe to support customer service needs.

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently across Europe.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
