Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Danish Speaking Rapid Response Customer Service Teams. In this role, you will be deployed to various locations across Europe to provide immediate customer support. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring exceptional service during critical periods and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in both Danish and English, addressing inquiries and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Be prepared to travel on short notice to various client sites throughout Europe.
  • Quickly adapt to different corporate cultures and service protocols.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Danish with a strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Europe.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in high-pressure customer service environments is highly desirable.
