We are searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our Spanish Speaking Rapid Response Customer Service Teams. In this role, you will be deployed to various locations across Europe to provide immediate customer service support. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in both Spanish and English, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Be available to travel on short notice to different client sites throughout Europe.

  • Effectively manage customer complaints, ensuring a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish with strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
