For one of our clients, we are looking for a Solutions Engineer, remotely from United States.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with customers to integrate the platform into their software development lifecycle. You will be the technical expert who helps clients understand their security vulnerabilities and improve their systems. Your role will be pivotal in minimizing friction for customers during product adoption and ensuring they get the maximum value from the solutions. Your expertise will directly influence the success of customer relationships and the overall development process.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead during the sales process by demonstrating product features, delivering proof of concepts, and educating customers on best practices.
  • Engage directly with customers to identify security vulnerabilities, offering tailored solutions to enhance security and build robust systems.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the product is aligned with customer needs, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Lead efforts to reduce customer friction in deploying the platform by building automation, refining processes, and creating external resources.
  • Represent customer needs within the organization, advocating for changes that enhance the customer experience and product functionality.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support roles, with a strong technical focus.
  • Deep understanding of developer workflows and build systems, including CI/CD environments such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, Jenkins, and Buildkite.
  • Experience with application security, vulnerability management, and static analysis programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
