Who Are You?

You’re a seasoned IT Business Analyst who excels at gathering and analyzing business requirements, prioritizing scenarios, and ensuring clear communication between Product Owners, Developers, and Engineers. You document functional and non-functional requirements, test cases, and user stories in Confluence while refining product flows to ensure a smooth lifecycle.

Requirements

• Understand the business behind and decide on priorities and the importance of scenarios
• Gather, and document business requirements in Confluence.
• Define and maintain functional and non-functional requirements in Confluence.
• Analyze requirements to fit platform needs - MVP is always in mind
• Develop and execute test scenarios, ensuring manual testing beyond UAT
• Create User Story Maps, Epics, Stories, and test cases in Jira.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to communicate requirements and coordinate SDLC.
• Liaise with Product Owners, Developers, and other BAs to manage dependencies, timelines, and blockers.
• Prioritize tasks in collaboration with engineers and developers.
• Discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, optimize, and automate business processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional projects.

Our ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience in Agile IT/software teams, ideally in a corporate software platform.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good engineering and commercial understanding.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence for tracking and documenting requirements.
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with APIs.
• Experience with ERPs, CRMs, and corporate software platforms.
• Excellent at documenting test procedures and results and tracking changes effectively.
• You can work with minimal supervision and as a part of the team.
• You have an agile mindset and have implemented agile with Scrum and/or Kanban framework.
• You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback and managing initiatives
• You are detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality and accurate deliverables.
• You are fluent in both Greek and English.
