Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Platform Engineering tribe. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements for both major projects and smaller support tasks across key areas, including authentication, authorisation, notifications, front-end architecture, content management, and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, translate them into clear, actionable requirements, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Your ability to facilitate discussions, identify gaps, and provide insights will be crucial in delivering scalable and efficient platform solutions.

Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, defining user stories, creating process flows, and working closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented. You will also support backlog grooming, prioritisation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is essential.
