• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Film Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Animation Director or Lead Animator in a creative studio.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, or similar.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team of creative professionals.
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles and visual narrative.
• Oversee the animation process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to the creative vision.
• Craft compelling and engaging storylines tailored to the target audience.
• Design and develop characters with unique and relatable traits that resonate with the intended demographic.
• Manage the output and ensure timely delivery of projects within the established timeline.
• Experience working in a similar division or role, collaborating with teams to achieve project goals.
• Preferred Skills: Experience creating content specifically for baby and kids audiences.

Responsibilities
