For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer, working remotely from the United States.

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative, AI-powered workflows that enhance the hiring experience. You’ll design seamless, user-centered experiences that leverage cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML to connect people with jobs. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating prototypes, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet both user needs and business objectives. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of hiring technology through intuitive, frictionless user journeys.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead user research to gather insights that drive design decisions, ensuring a focus on user needs and engagement.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that reflect user-centered design principles while aligning with business goals.
  • Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility and alignment of designs with project objectives.
  • Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback to create intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences.
  • Mentor junior designers, promote best practices, and contribute to the overall development and growth of the UX team.
  • Advocate for user-centric design and integrate AI/ML features into workflows for enhanced productivity and frictionless user journeys.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions.
  • Proven ability to synthesize user feedback and iterate on designs to ensure they are user-validated and ready for engineering.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across product, design, and technical teams.
  • Experience designing for business workflow products (Nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Figma components and proficiency in prototyping.
  • Prior experience in startups and working with distributed teams across multiple time zones is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
