In this position, you will assist our French-speaking clients in resolving their IT inquiries and ensure they enjoy a seamless experience with our innovative products and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding technical support to French-speaking customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve a wide range of IT-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist clients in navigating the company’s products and solutions, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from their use.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions in the support system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and effectively resolve complex technical challenges.
• Keep clients informed about new features, product updates, and best practices to enhance their overall experience.
• Engage in continuous training to enhance knowledge of product offerings and industry changes.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and proficiency in English are required.
• Prior experience in IT support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities to address technical issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with IT systems, applications, and helpdesk tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while also collaborating within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
