Job Description

At Plain Concepts, we are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying business opportunities and nurturing relationships with clients across various sectors.

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to strategize and execute plans for building our clientele while ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and excellent service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities while leveraging current client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to design customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes and client preferences.
  • Represent Plain Concepts at industry conferences and events to promote our services and network with potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create awareness and generate demand for our offerings.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of tech services and solutions with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing customer relationships and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • A self-motivated and proactive attitude, willing to travel as necessary to meet clients.
