Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and billing.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Educate customers on available services and support options.
• Document customer interactions accurately for service quality improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new living environment.
