We are currently on the lookout for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Rapid Response Specialist to join our high-performing team. This pivotal position will require you to travel across various locations throughout Europe to provide immediate support to our clients, allowing them to navigate peak service demands and critical scenarios effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support in both Dutch and English.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and travel to different client locations on short notice.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch is essential, with strong proficiency in English; other languages are a bonus.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Availability to travel frequently and on short notice across Europe.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in emergency response or temporary service scenarios will be highly regarded.
