Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Educate customers about our offerings and guide them through processes.
• Document customer interactions accurately to ensure service quality and improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
