• Deliver top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for service improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
