Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients regarding automotive inquiries and products.
• Assist customers with questions about vehicle features, pricing, and availability.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolutions to customer issues.
• Stay informed about current automotive trends and products to provide timely and accurate information.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• EU passport is required.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge or interest in the automotive sector is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard computer software.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries.
• Willingness to relocate if not currently living in Greece.
