Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Guide customers through processes and offer insights into available services.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a dedication to helping customers.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
