Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with a variety of inquiries related to services and products.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Educate clients about our services and guide them through the offerings available.
• Document interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
