Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer support to German-speaking clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, modifications, and general travel advice.
• Quickly identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless and friendly interaction.
• Carefully document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with other teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries as needed.
• Stay informed about aviation policies and travel regulations to provide reliable information.
• Engage in team collaboration to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Genuine interest in the aviation sector and dedication to customer service excellence.
